Performance indicator:
- At least 75% of graduates are employed in a healthcare institution where they actively carry out their nursing roles and responsibilities within the first 3 years after graduation.
- At least 70% of graduates work in a clinical practice area that requires effective communication and collaboration within the healthcare team by the 3rd year of graduation.
- Assess the general satisfaction level of the patients served by the graduates with nursing care as 70 points and above.
PO2. Monitors scientific, technological and social developments at national and international levels; develops professional knowledge and skills with a lifelong learning approach, and gains the competence to produce and use information based on scientific research.
Performance indicator:
- At least 20% of graduates attend at least one vocational training, seminar, congress or certified program based on scientific or technological developments within 3 years of graduation.
- At least 5% of graduates enroll in a postgraduate education program in nursing or related health fields within 5 years of graduation.
- At least 5% of graduates take part in a national or international academic publication as an author within 5 years of graduation.
PO3. Effectively carries out professional practices appropriate to changing health needs by taking on roles in different professional roles such as clinician, educator, researcher and leader, and contributes to the health system.
Performance indicator:
- At least 60% of graduates take on an active role in at least one of the fields of clinical nursing, education, management or research within 5 years of graduation.
- At least 5% of graduates serve in a leadership, coordinator, unit responsibility or educational role in the institution they work in within the next 5 years.
